VIVA! FROM HOME

The education system, work, economy, environment, pollution, lifestyle, and many more. We cannot hide the fact that these are now the new normal. We have to do things with distance and has to be conducted online.      One example is the previous Vigan City Fiesta celebration. Many of the activities have to be done online due to the reason that crowds give a higher chance of virus transmission, and of course, we don’t want that. NEW YEAR, NEW ME

     Many challenges have been faced last 2020. Many things changed, including people. Many things were lost, yet we also gained some. A new year they say marks a new era, new chapter, new life.   (top-left /my father/ , top-right /my oldest aunt and her sons/ , lower-left /my OFW aunt in Israel/ , lower-right /me, my mom, lola, and cousin/ )     In our family, all of our relatives who live away from us always come home to celebrate New Year with us. Unfortunately, it’s impossible last year due to the pandemic. With that said, let’s just say that this year’s new year celebration is not that pleasant. The fact that we can’t do that much about it makes it even more frustrating.       New Year passed with me just sleeping in my cold bed. It felt like a normal one despite it being a special day.
