         She is a loud type of person. No! She is quiet when she is with us. She is like this. No, she is like that! People see and know me differently. I act in different ways depending on who I am with. But just like what they say, every person is different, and that makes them unique.   Dear   Mr. President,           I don’t watch the news often, but every time that I do, I can always see you and information about what you did. I just can’t help but admire you and I wonder if someday, I can also do something for our country like what you’re currently doing.             I honestly don’t have any complaints about you, because all you want is what’s best for our country. When I was young and became slightly aware of how the Philippine government is like, I didn’t know what it feels to have a good president. But a few years later, you came and I became gradually enlightened on what a good president is like. I have watched a video of you, where an American reporter asked you about extrajudicial killing. I was amazed at how you handled that and how you brought the topic of the US killing black people for odd reasons. That video of you made me think you’re the  GOAT , Greatest Of All Time....

No one in this world can ever be ready when it comes to disasters, for they come unexpectedly. There's terrorism, natural disasters, and the virus outbreak that the world is currently facing. They lead to huge financial loss and destructive effects on humanity, thus causing the nation to face difficulties in securing everyone's safety. One of the things that we can do for our country to be more resilient is to invest in enhancing its resilience.  Planning before the disaster happens is a must, for it is the most important among the preparation procedures. Our government must be capable of doing this, for a resilient country knows how to plan, respond to the situation well, and must be able to prepare a solution afterward.  However, it doesn't mean that the government is the only one who needs to make a move.
